National Credit Core training programme for students has started since 1986 in the college campus. The programme aims to develop discipline, Cooperation and leadership among students. Presently senior division platoon is permitted in the college, 50 NCC cadets including female cadets are taking training. During their training cadets learn drill, Arms, education map study, field craft, first aid, leadership, self defense, genera awareness, social service and environmental concerns.
